J.C Michael Groups Southend is the newest addition to the JCM Groups division. We deliver care and assistance to those who need help with their daily activities in order to remain independent, all from the comfort of their own homes. Our service is person-centred and tailored to the individual needs and wishes of our customers.
We can help whether someone needs personal care, assistance with medication, domestic chores, or just ‘pop in’ visits to check on wellbeing. We provide services to people with learning disabilities who are living in supported living accommodation. Additionally, we offer live-in care where a carer resides with our client to provide hands-on support throughout the day.
J.C Michael Groups Southend can offer an extensive range of home care services that consist of Domiciliary Care, Dementia, Mental Health Needs, End of Life/Palliative Care, Live in Care, Learning Disabilities and Supported Living, Care for Children, Supporting People Service, Befriending/Social Inclusion Services, Respite Services, Domestic and Shopping Services and Waking/Sleeping Nights.
All our care staff are fully trained by our in-house trainers and nurse trainers. The care staff will work with individual clients, helping them towards regaining independence and control by providing dignified support in their own home.
J.C Michael Groups Southend is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all our care workers and care staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
We cover Southend on Sea, Westcliff on Sea, Leigh on Sea, Thorpe Bay and Shoeburyness in Essex.
We offer our services to Private Individuals, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities.
